I received a call from a friend, who has a friend, that is Edie's neighbor. The neighbor tried to keep up on the property over the past few years but it just got away from them and became too much to manage. Thank Goodness they saw my channel and I was able to offer assistance. Edie explained she used to walk, worked and lived a very "normal" life. Sadly, 3 years ago she fell and hit her head. From the injuries, her brain swelled and left her having a series of strokes which lead to her current condition. I truly enjoyed sitting and talking to Edie for over an hour. Check out part 1 where I get the back yard cleaned up and something she can feel better about. In part 2, I will tackle the front. I also have a new helper joining me in part 2. He does a lot of volunteer work and was excited to pitch in and help. As always, never Judge others, we never know what someone else may be going through. Be kind and we can always "Leave a Mark."
