This 86 year old lady has cared for her beautiful lake property for decades. The past 16 years on her own after her husband passed away. As you can see in the thumbnail, the neighbor decided to plant a row of pine trees just across the fence that over the next few years will block a very large portion of her view of the lake. This lady is not afraid of a good confrontation, and I think she can hold her own. Through all the upset, Erik and I made 2 trips to this property to assist the sweet yet sassy lady. This lady had plans to burn a large pile of brush, that surely would have lead to more things burning than planned. Luckily her neighbor has seen or channels on Youtube and reached out looking for help. As always, don't forget to look for opportunities to do something for someone else.
