Chief Reuben George of the Tsleil-Waututh Nation and Yogacharini Maitreyi share wisdom and experiences from Indigenous and yogic traditions. They discuss how ancestral wisdom can guide us through today’s challenges—illuminating pathways of healing, cultural resilience, and respectful collaboration. This cross-cultural dialogue invites us to remember that the roots of true well-being are woven through history, land, and spirit.
Chief Reuben George is an environmental and spiritual leader, Sundance Chief of the Tsleil-Waututh Nation, and internationally recognized for his advocacy to protect Indigenous lands and waters.
