Bread Ingredients: - 400 g flour - 200 ml water - 1 tsp dry yeast - 2 tbsp oil - 1 tsp salt (approximately) - 1 tsp sugar (approximately) Preparation: 1. Place all dry ingredients—flour, yeast, salt, and sugar—into the bread machine. 2. Add oil and water. 3. Select the bread baking program and press start. 4. When the bread is ready, remove it from the pan and let it cool. --- Korean-style Carrots Ingredients: - 4-5 medium carrots - 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp vinegar - 1 tsp sugar - 1 tsp salt - 2-3 garlic cloves - 1 tsp cumin or coriander (optional) - 1 tsp red pepper (for spice) *Preparation:* 1. Peel and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. 2. In a separate bowl, mix vinegar, sugar, salt, red pepper, garlic (pressed), and cumin or coriander. Stir well. 3. Heat oil in a pan, add the spices, and sauté for a few minutes until fragrant. 4. Pour the oil and spices over the carrots, mix well, and let it sit for at least 30 minutes. 5.
