We received a tip that a family was in desperate need of help. When we arrived the owners had no idea we were coming. They were shocked to hear that all our work is completely free. This historic school house needs a lot of work as you will see in the video. They turned the school house into a single family home. Unfortunately they had some renters that did not take care of the place at all. Sadly, one of the relatives of the owner stepped on a nail while trying to help clean up. The nail went right through her shoe and into her foot. From trash to grass, brush to small trees, this property has it all. You won't believe some of the items we uncovered in the back yard that hadn't been mowed in years.
